Cheese - Carrick

A traditional handmade farmhouse cheese in a 150g or 500g wedge. Carrick has a deep, nutty and earthy flavour. The aroma is rich and earthy, and the texture is firm and with a creamy finish. It will dry naturally with age. Made with raw, organic milk from their cow with calf dairy farm. Winner of the Sean Wilson Trophy at the 2024 Mid-Somerset Cheese Awards.
