About our Hogget, Shoulder on the Bone (3.8kg)
Hogget shoulder on the bone from our croft. Tender, richly flavoured meat from one year old sheep. Ideal for roasting or slow-cooking, where the meat becomes meltingly tender and full of flavour. While our animals can’t be sold as certified organic due to the lack of a local organic abattoir, they are reared with the same care.
Storage
Supplied frozen. Keep in the freezer until ready to use and defrost thoroughly before cooking.
