Organic Kalamata olives. Made using a natural curing process: macerated in water and sea salt for 12-15 months, allowing them to develop their rich, deep flavour and soft texture. A classic Mediterranean ingredient, they’re perfect served as part of a sharing platter, added to salads, pasta dishes, pizzas, or enjoyed with fresh bread and cheese.
