How It Works

Getting a seasonal, organic veg box is simple. Choose a veg box or build your own, add extras like eggs, bread and other essentials, then we’ll pack and deliver it to you midweek.

Check we deliver to your area

We deliver on Wednesdays and Thursdays, depending on your postcode.

Your delivery day will be shown in your basket once you enter your address. If you're outside the delivery area, we also have collection points available.

If your postcode should be included but isn’t showing, please get in touch.

Collections from the croft are ready from Tuesday afternoon.

Choose your veg box or build your own

Select from a range of veg boxes, or create your own by filling your basket with the items you'd like.

You can choose what frequency suits you. Skip or pause anytime.

There’s no minimum order when you choose a ready-made veg box.

If you'd like to build your own box, there is a £25 minimum spend.

Add extras and customise

Add extras such as: Fruit, eggs & dairy, bread, essentials and meat.

Swap what you don’t want. Use the swap arrows in your basket or mark items as Dislikes in your account. We’ll automatically swap any disliked items in your next box. Please note: swap numbers vary between box type.

Box contents go live Friday evening. Ordering early gives you the best choice of swap items, as some will have limited availability.

Higher-value swaps will automatically adjust your box price.

Order by Sunday

Orders close at 11pm on Sunday. Payment is taken shortly after orders close.

Your order deadline and delivery day will be clearly stated in your basket.

You will receive automated emails ahead of the deadline as well as when your order has been confirmed.

We harvest and pack

On Monday-Wednesday, veg is harvested at the croft, sourced from other organic growers, and packed into your box.

Collections from the croft are ready from Tuesday afternoon.

Delivery

Your veg box will arrive Wednesday or Thursday, delivered by us to your door or collection point.

If you're not home, we will leave your box in a safe place. You can add delivery notes in your account or email us with instructions.

Please leave your empty box out on your next delivery day so we can collect and reuse it.
