About our Vaal Dhal (400g)

Inspired by the flavours of Gujarat in northern India, this organic Vaal Dhal is made using British-grown fava beans cooked with a blend of mild, aromatic spices. Rich, comforting, and full of flavour, it’s ready to eat with just a little heat and a good stir. Enjoy as a satisfying side dish, or use it as a base for a more substantial curry. Add water or stock for a quick, warming soup, or cook with your choice of ingredients for an easy, flavourful meal.
