


Organic wild garlic, hand-picked from our croft woodland. Also known as ramsons, wild garlic has broad green leaves with a fresh, vibrant garlic flavour that’s gentler and greener than bulb garlic. Perfect chopped through pasta, stirred into risotto, blended into pesto, added to soups, or wilted into omelettes and savoury bakes. A true seasonal favourite.
Keep in the fridge. Best used fresh within 3–5 days. If leaves begin to wilt, refresh in cold water before using.
