About our Carrick (500g)

A traditional farmhouse cheese with a deep, earthy character. Carrick is a firm, handmade cheese with a rich, nutty flavour and a gentle earthiness. The aroma is full and savoury, while the texture is firm with a smooth, creamy finish. As it matures, it dries naturally and develops more depth and intensity. Made with raw milk and vegetarian rennet.

About The Ethical Dairy
