Dhoon (150g)

Dhoon is a gentle, slightly crumbly cheese with a lovely clean flavour. Made with a gentler cheesemaking process, the curds are scalded at a lower temperature, stirred for less time, and the cheeses are pressed more lightly. The result is a softer, delicate cheese that is beautifully suited to summer eating. Dhoon is named after the popular sandy beach near The Ethical Dairy farm. It’s delicious on a cheeseboard, with fresh bread, or alongside salads and seasonal produce. Made with raw milk and vegetarian rennet.
