Its slow, traditional cooking method allows the milk solids to caramelise slightly, creating a smooth texture and nutty flavour. Perfect for high-temperature cooking, baking, spreading, or even in coffee, this ghee is lactose- and casein-free, making it gentle on the gut and suitable for those sensitive to dairy.
