About our Honey, Black Isle (227g, Summer Blossom)
From our friend's bees near Newhall. This runny honey is made from a mix of summer flowers, giving it a naturally sweet flavour and a lovely taste of the local season. Perfect drizzled over porridge, yoghurt, toast, or used in baking and cooking.
Storage
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Honey may naturally crystallise over time. If it becomes too firm, gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water.
