About our Hogget, Gigot Leg Steaks (600g)
Hogget gigot leg steaks from our croft. Tender, richly flavoured steaks from one year old sheep. Perfect for grilling, pan-frying, or roasting to bring out their natural depth of flavour. While our animals can’t be sold as certified organic due to the lack of a local organic abattoir, they are reared with the same care.
Storage
Supplied frozen. Keep in the freezer until ready to use and defrost thoroughly before cooking.
