About our Hogget, Rib Chops (500g)
Hogget rib chops from our croft. Tender, richly flavoured chops from one year old sheep. Perfect for roasting, grilling, or pan-frying to bring out their depth of flavour. While our animals can’t be sold as certified organic due to the lack of a local organic abattoir, they are reared with the same care.
Storage
Supplied frozen. Keep in the freezer until ready to use and defrost thoroughly before cooking.
