About our Mutton, Chops (500g)
Mutton chops from our croft. Rich, full-flavoured chops from mature sheep, dry-aged for 7 days. Perfect for slow-cooking, roasting, or pan-frying to bring out their deep, savoury flavour. Usually 4 chops in a pack. While our animals can’t be sold as certified organic due to the lack of a local abattoir, they are reared with the same care.
Storage
Supplied frozen. Keep in the freezer until ready to use and defrost thoroughly before cooking.
