About our Fleet Valley Blue (150g)

Silver medal winner at the British & Irish Cheese Awards 2026. A rich, semi-hard blue cheese with a creamy finish. Fleet Valley Blue is a ripened, semi-hard cheese with a buttery, mellow flavour, balanced by savoury notes and steely blue veining. A faint sweetness complements its earthy aroma, while the texture is firm yet supple, finishing creamy on the palate. As it matures, the veining develops evenly, enhancing both flavour and character. Made with raw milk.

About The Ethical Dairy
