About our Kraut, Spicy Cortido (475g)
A vibrant, organic kraut inspired by Latin American cortido, with a fiery kick. Naturally fermented cabbage, carrot and onion are blended with red chilli and oregano for a tangy, spicy crunch packed with live cultures.
Ingredients: Organic Cabbage (64%), Organic Carrot (28%), Organic Onion (4.6%), Organic Red Chilli (1.8%), Organic Oregano, Celtic Sea Salt
Storage
Keep refrigerated. This product is unpasteurised and alive, so it will continue to ferment if left at room temperature. Best enjoyed raw, try not to cook.
