About our Rainton Tomme (150g)

A mellow, golden Alpine-style cheese. Rainton Tomme is a semi-hard cheese with a sweet, grassy, and gently nutty flavour. Its aroma is warm and inviting, with the same soft nuttiness, while the texture is firm yet yielding, with a creamy finish. As it matures, the natural rind develops and the cheese becomes drier and more complex. Made with raw milk and vegetarian rennet.
