About our Hogget, Diced (500g)
Diced hogget from our croft. Tender, richly flavoured chunks of meat from one year old sheep. Perfect for slow-cooked stews, curries, or casseroles, where the meat becomes meltingly tender and full of flavour. While our animals can’t be sold as certified organic due to the lack of a local organic abattoir, they are reared with the same care.
Storage
Supplied frozen. Keep in the freezer until ready to use and defrost thoroughly before cooking.
